About the role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced maintenance supervisor / leading hand to take on an amalgamated role of Maintenance Supervisor & Planner at Goonyella Riverside Mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent you will be tasked with the short term planning for our equipment on-site, along with providing support to our leading hands and maintenance teams.

You will enjoy a day shift only, even time roster back to back with one of our existing supervisors. Support will also be available via our existing long term planning team.

Previous experience with the AMT system is highly advantageous, however, those who are currently using SAP or similar systems will find the transition a simple process. CAT SIS is another system you should be aware of and have experience with.

The successful candidate will be someone that has a positive attitude and is looking forward to long term goals with our company. Positive team culture is imperative at the National Group.

Strong communication skills are a must as you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders including our work teams, clients and National Group management.
